Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that, for health and safety reasons, cosmetics, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including opened or used beauty items, unsealed personal care products, perishable goods (such as supplements or food), and gift cards or downloadable items.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, though processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
We are only able to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please email amy@shopmy.us with your order number and photos of the product.

Sale Items
Discounted or promotional products are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to their original payment method.
